Succession of immovable property of Sunni Muslim I had a Question with regard to the property of "A" Father under whose name property stands 1) He had 3 sons namely "B", "C" & "D" and 1 Daughter "E" The Eldest son "B" died prior to the death of his father "A" who had 2 son's. "D'' also died after 20 years after the Death of "A" & "B", & "C" got mutated of the entire property in to his name when "D" has 1 Daughter and wife as successor of "D'' Share.
