How did Aunt acquire the property (Source)?
It is your maternal aunt or paternal aunt?
Kumar Doab (FIN) 29 April 2017
It was self earned in her hands or acquired from her husband or acquired from her parents?
In case the property was self acquired then it devoves upon heirs of your uncle, since your aunt had NO sons or daughters and her husband died before her (and since mother of your uncle died before your uncle) ClassII heirs of your uncle shall inherit.
In case property was acquired from her parents then it shall devolve upon heirs of her father.
