I got an NOC from the hospital where I work allowing me to appear in entrance exam for MSc nsg with the condition that the institute will not grant study leave in case of selection. The hospital comes under autonomous body under ministry of health and family welfare. Can I legally challenge the NOC since the noc itself closes the doors for me to take courage for admission in case of selection
