Hi All,
I have filed a petition for oppression and mismanagement against a pvt. ltd. company.
I have raised various issues including appointment of auditors, directors and accounts of the company. The matter is presently before the Company Law Board.
I have recieved a notice for AGM from the company.
I want to seek a stay on this AGM. Can you please help me with some case laws wherein CLB or the High Court may have passed a stay/ injunction order against the AGM.
