Stamp paper value

If such a blank paper is got signed by force or fraud then it is important to disown it, by filing the necessary complaints as soon as one gains normalcy.

thanks, please advise can this stamp papawr be disowned through photocopy,husband is threating me to take divorcr from me based on this falsified stamp paper he will use as witness.. what is the procedurr to disowned this paper

File a complaint in the police station saying that the signature was obtained on the stamp paper by force.  Get acknowledgment from the police station on the photo copy of the complaint.  By the way if a wife gives her consent on stamp paper for divorce, that cannot be legally used by the husband to obtain divorce.  For obtaining divorce on the ground of mutual consent, both husband and wife have to appear before the competent court and give their statement not once but twice with an intervening period of six months.  So do not worry and if you have any further doubt, contact a local advocate, who is sensitive women's issues. 

thanks sir,but that stamp paper  is not consent for divorce but husband had written all grounds of cruelty in that wherin i am admitting that i have done this that means everything written against me and i have signed on those documents because husband was threating me kt all happened in between jim and me and bcz tjis is my second marriage he bend me to sign those papers and now he want to take divorce using tjose documents to proove cruelty in court amd take divorce bcz he also knows tjat in india its not easy to take div so it was all preplanned .. now i dont know what to do hw has cheated me 

File police complaint as suggested above and keep acknowledgement with you and keep calm and the admissions on that stamp paper will not harm you in any way.
