Stamp duty on gift deed

If a residential property in Mumbai, Maharashtra is being gifted to an individual (donee) by his mother's mother (maternal grandmother) then at what rate the stamp duty is calculated. Does the son & maternal grandmother relationship fall in lineal descendent case (where it is calculated as 2% otherwise 5%). Thanks for your response in advance.

It is as per the Bombay Stamp Act Art.55,59 and 34, it is as per market value

Jagan, I wanted to know whether stamp duty is calculated at 2% or 5% based on an individual and maternal grandmother (does they fall in lineal descendant) relationship.
