Stamp duty on extension of bg

Is stamp duty applicable on extension of Bank Guarantee in the state of Delhi?

Yes, after expiry of the term of the bg, the stamp duty would apply, as of a renewed guarantee to be recognised by law after the date of expiry of previous guarantee, provided appropriately stamped.
