Have a small query. As in Maharashtra, Bombay Stamp Act is applicable. What is the case in West Bengal? Is there any separate law governing stamp duty?

To know exact stamp duty and registation charge, you can submit a format application to the local Sub-Registrar Ofiice or District Registrar Office or Registrar of Assurance at Kolkata describing details your property which to want ot reister.
