Hi, anybody can provide me the stamp duty charges for lease deed of industrial land in Madhya pradesh on following prices of land.
Land cost : 150000/-
Development charges : 300000/-
Lease Rent : 5000/- per year
Other charges : 50000/- (including tax)
Total Cost 5 lacs.
Please provide me the charges as soon as possible..

Thanks for replied to me but I am very confused on 7.5 % of which amount ( on Land rate or or Land Rate + Development Rate or Land Rate + 5 * lease rent) ?
