Stamp duty

Hello

I had purchased commercial premises (office) in the year 1985. The agreement was on a stamp paper of Rs 100/-.  The agreement value of the premises was Rs. 60,000/-

What should be the appropriate value of stamp duty due on me if i want to pay now

or is stamp duty exempted since the value of property is less than 1 Lakhs
