i have bought a property from an nri he has given a gpa to his brother with sale clause now he is also going abroad i hve to pay him so he says he will register an spa on my name and sign sale deed and give sale deed to his mother once i pay the sale consideration to his mother she will give me the sale deed duly signed by the gpa holder can i register the property myself using spa given by a gpa holder

if it is an agreement between you and spa holder and both parties have fulfilled their promise, then it is a valid sale deed. one party can register it.

sir i have bought the property from mr x who has gone to saudi he has given GPA to mr y who is his brother now mr y is also going abroad he says he will give SPA along with sale deed signed by GPA holder i would like to know weather a GPA holder can give an SPA along with signed sale deed so that i can register the property in absence of GPA holder using SPA
