I am having 10 cents of land jointly with my brother.The Land tax is paid in our joint name. I am staying in the First floor of the house and my brother is staying downstairs. Both of us are having separate Electricity and water connections. The Building tax is paid by me for First floor as it is in my name as per the deed from my father. It is the same eith my brother also.
Suppose if I want to sell my share of undivided land and First floor of the building Is any partition deed required.The problem is the Bulding is in the centre of the property.
