Society fund arrangment

A private educational society arranging fund through a financial institute, the said institute sought NOC / permission from regional court. my query is ;- what is the procedure to get the approvals from society registrar on a resolution which be passed by the member of the society. second query is ;- what is the procedure to get the approval from regional court
