Selling property to sole proprietorship company owner

Dear Sir,

We are selling one property and the buyer agrees to buy. They transferred some amount as a token money from their PVT LTD sole prop company''s bank account. But they will get property registered in company's owner name. Is there any legal issue in accepting token amount from company;'s a/c. what is the process to do the transaction legally safe. please suggest the best and safest way to do the same.

Little bit confusion in your question.  It is not clear from whose account is transferred to you as a token money.
