Self acquired or ancestral

The mother hold's the share certificate of the property. She is a house wife and has always been. The purchase of the property was funded by my father and grandfather. Now mother wants to sell the property and not share the proceeds with me but wants to give it to my younger brother and elder brother's son. There is no documentary proof that i or they have other then the share certificate of the flat which is on my mother's name. If i sue, will she have to prove that it is her self acquired property? We were all staying together with our respective wives and kids in the same house till 2004 and since there was no earning member in the family i have given all my income towards maintenance of house and family and hence have no means to support myself or no savings,my wife is a house wife too and has no means to support herself.
