Since we are on a budget, we are seeking a talented patent agent/attorney that can convert a provisional to a non provisional software application to the USPTO. We want someone experienced in software patents and that speaks very clear English. He should also be able to help the inventor make key decisions in writing the patent as they go through the prior art together.
