My friend Akash got divorce decree after expartee in district Court under section 13 of HMA. The court proceeding included with Summons to his wife in UK and publication twice in an English News paper. Both of them were living seperately for more than 5 years before filling an application. his wife is an UK citizen. marriage was solemnized in India in Haryana.
So my friend wants to remarry in India with one of his colleague in his office. So I want to know when should he remarry, Is there any waiting period clause for remarry after getting divorce through court?? Could his wife start proceeding even after getting the divorce??
