My younger brother's wife put a case on our family of 498a, 125 and many other sections. Victims are Satish Kumar Dixit (Younger Brother), Girish Dixit (Me), Vandana Dixit (My Wife), and Mrs. Mohini Dixit (Mother) according my side this case is totaly fraud. We got a arrating stay agst. case. on 7th May 2012 the stay is dismissed. and in 125 there is final decision pending in upper court. She is well litrate B.A., M.A., B.Lib., M.Lib and B.Ed. persuing and my brother is just matriculation passed. He is doing a small shop of video game and earn 100-150 per day. But his wife is worked in many schools and colleges as teacher and we already give proof to court.
We are a very lower class people I am working as a L.I.C. agent and my wife is housewife. My father is no more before 8 years. I have 3 childrens. Please help me to solve this case as soon as possible.
