during my conciliations proceedings of Industrial dipute before the Labour commissioner ,my employer change my service conditions by stopping my wages without any permission from Labour commissioner . I plead before the commissioner but he didnot acted and concilliations failed and case was referred to the labour Court.
Can i now file application of 33-a before the labour court to proceed under this section or it is delayed now and since when change was effected the proceedings were before the Labour commissioner .Means what should i do now should apllication under this section be submitted in the labour court or again go to Labour commissioner.
