At what stage is the matter right now?

You may file an amended memo of parties, if the accused has changed his address for issuance of summons.

When the accused appears before the court you may lay your apprehensions before the record with regards to the passport and amount of security.

The Matter is NOT HEARD CASE Stage and the Accused has not been appearing in the court.. 

a Bailable Warrent was issued by the Court... The Loal Police Managed to caught the person residing somewhere else in the nearby vicinity and the  HE furnished the BAIL BOND and thereafer he has  not appeared on the next date ... 

another date is coming up and I wish to move an Misc. Application 

1. Praying for Confiscating the Passport as we have a fear that the person may flew away.
2. Attaching the property as there are chances that the accused may dispose off the property in order to avoid the payment of legitimate dues for which cheque was issues bounced and case was filled.
