(ii) has ceased to be a Hindu by conversion to another religion;

What does above line means?

Is It mean if Hindu converted to other religion then other spouse can ask for divorce?

What if other spouse don't want divorce on this basis?

It is self-explanatory inasmuch as it confers a right upon a person whose spouse has converted to another religion, to seek dissolution of marriage.

the converted sopuse cannot ask for divorce....you have observed right.
