Second marriage

gud morning,

i am girl from morocco, and i m planning to marry indian man who got married before with 2 kids,as hindu act

he converted to muslim for years now , and we want to marry as muslim law but without divorce his first wife

i want to know if it is possible in india to marry as muslim act without divorcing first wife ,as well as know the precedure to follow for this marriage , peapers needed , how much will take

1. Not possible.
It will be treated void for a simple reason both spouse should have followed conversion i.e his (still) Hindu wife should also convert to Islam.

2. Without seeking divorce from his first wife who is still a Hindu even though he himself converted to Islam he cannot as per Law of the land legally marry second or more times.
