second marriage

dear mr. Vishwa, according to crpc, only first wife is entitled to complain under sec 494 IPC; second wife entitled to complain under sec 495 IPC; police and court (the authority) entitled to hear the complains - they can not bring a case suo moto & the person performed the second marriage is entitled to attend the court. thanks.
