My employer has sent relieving letter on an email. My director/ceo of company (currently in Mumbai) told he will give hard copies whenever he comes to the Bangalore office. Also we dont have HR in my company.
Can i show this scanned copy of reliving letter for my new company?

You can ask him by email that you shall be sending the scanned copy for future ventures.
If it sent from valid email id of the company at which you have been transacting/or getting emails from it then you may.
You can ask him to send it by Redg. post from PO and send you the copy of Receipt of Redg. Post.
Or you may forward the email with attachment to your future employers.
