Sarfaesi act

Sir I have a factory in delhi on rent.i took the land on lease and constructed the whole building shed infrastructure from my own money.now the owner of the land had taken a loan against this land as a security. Now the owner has not repaid this loan and the bank have posted sarfaesi notice on the gate. now what can I do because my factory is running good and I cannot shift the shed and my machine within 60 days. Can u suggest me something.
