my Aunty had villed a land in my name when i was a minor. my father has constructed a house on that land.
i have not yet registerd the property in my name. Now i want to sell that property. Is it possible for me to sell it.
please reply on urgent basis.

First of all get the property trasferred in your name on the basis of the Will and then you can sell it.
