Does RTI apply to sub registrar ?
I want to find out the details of a plot owned by my wife (who filed sec. 24, inspite having salary 35 K) .

this site allows to search by other criterions (which are unknown) but not by name.
the plot is believed to be somewhere in Nandurbar district, Maharashtra.

Any person paid by "exchequer" is a public servant and RTI is applicable to h/er. A Sub- Registrar salary is paid by exchequer so RTI Application is applicable here.
