RTI Act

Page no : 2

Anil Agrawal (Retired)     03 April 2009

I can give you innumerable examples where neither the PIO nor the Appellate Authorities have given a reply. As in the past, applications submitted under RTI are thrown into waste paper basket. Some people still believe that the Act will revolutionalise India in the field of obtaining information. They will become very old before it materialises. Exceptions don't mean anything.

A.Mohamed Thaheer (ADVOCATE)     10 April 2009

Dear Freind,

You must be very specific, under what point you require a case law, case laws ..are endless with respect to any Act. You can clarified only when you ask a specific question, so that your knowledge in this particular act or other act could be improved in the knowledge exchange forum
