Rights of second wife

Hi,

My mother expired 1 year back. My father is planning to do the second marriage.  Now some of the property my father is planning to give it to me.

In the documents any clause is required to add.

In future my fathers second wife or her kids is having any rights on this property whatever thing my father is giving to me now.

&  In future my father is having any rights to take the property back with any reason.

Thanks,

Ramakrishna.

Get a proper gift deed made . See , for example :

Make sure the property is self acquired by your father and has no existing encumbrances .

Hi,

Half of the property is self acquired & half of the property is taken from my grandfather.

Thanks,

Ramakrishna.
