right of son in property registered at father's name

Sir, I got married in 2005, and my marriage was arranged marriage by my parents. After marriage, my parents ahve been raising trivial disputes with me and my spouse. Now, they are threatening to evict us from our common house. The house is a joint property in the name of my father and my uncle. Kindly, suggest me what I can do to protect my family before my father takes any action. Do I have any legal right in the common property.

If property belongs to joint family you r coparcnr. There 4 you have got the interest. But quantm of interest will depend upon the number of members.
