In deed avry good  question! But nobody has come forward to express his opinion for the past two days of the query by the querist.

It seems even the people suffering with the trauma of implications of 498A are afraid of expressing their opinions. Probably, they think, "what cannot be cured, must be endured."

But, it is not understood, why the experts community of shying of sharing their experience, as they would have gained by fighting such cases of their clients. Why they are shy of using the consitutional freedom of speech?

Do people in India have such little brains? Even though it's well known that most 498as are false, there are people out there who think automatic arrests should be reintroduced? And people are so ridiculous to think that the topic should be "discussed"?
