How to obtain restraining orders from police ? My relatives have been receiving illegal harrassment in india and they are immune from my marital problems however police is harrassing them. What will be the case i can file against them so that they stop harassing me ?

The facts are incomplete for a conclusive reply.
Having said this, if they are being harassed by the police in relation to a non-bailable offence, the remedy is to get AB or even consider moving the HC on the basis of the facts of the case for necessary directions to protect their life and liberty.
