Repeated Stay order in 498a case at Jamshedpur

Hi All,

Respected lawyers please advise. My wife has filed 498a/406 against me and my parents in Jamshedpur. We have moved the session court for AB, but twice the court has given a stay on arrest and asking us to appear in the court. If we go then we are scared we would be arrested. Kindle advise as to why the court is not granting or rejecting the AB aaplication. what should we do, we are not able to move the HC also, since the session court has given a stay order.

Thanks

The persons, more particularly your adovcate, are the right persons who can perceive the judge's approach that instead of giving A.B. granting stay and  asking the accused's presence.  It is a guess game.  Most problably, he wants to direct the accused to return Stri Dhan to the wife and grant divorce to the old parents and far distant relatives.  The right person is your advocate, who can explain the actual situation and trend of the court.
