My father died in the year 2007, his rental room has now been tranfsered in the name of my old mather by the landloard in Mumbai. now the mother wants to transfer the same rental room in the name of her two chidren. although the other children has consented for the transfer, landlord is refucing to transfer in the name of two children, giving the reasons that the room cannot be transfered in the name of two persons which is not permissible as per the rent rules. please advice
