Rental agreement

Sir, I entered into an rental agreement for leasing shop on 6th april 2015, and it is for 11 months renewal. And also if either party decides to vacate prior notice of 3 months information has to been given. I have given oral information, on 9th April 2016 to vacate from there. Now I want to know that when is my last date of my vacating date.

as per your information the agreement would have expired by 16 march as it is for eleven months.now since you had not extended the agreement you neednt give three months notice.you can vacate even by giving a weeks notice
