I had applied medical due to covid and during that period my transfer and relieving were made. later the transfer order was stayed. There was no communication in regard of my medical leaves which was applied on medical certificates. Now on joining the department says I am already relieved and so stay on transfer order does not help me.
Kindly suggest about my legal standing

If you are working under government department then you can approach administrtive tribunal with an applicaiton to get your grievances redressed and a remedy for the issue.
The covid was over long ago i.e., more than two years ago, did you not join yiour duties in between till this date?
Was your medical leave for years that you say as if you have joined back to your office now only, and that you were not allowed to join back duties?
