Related to consumer court

Hi, I week earlier I had purchased a liquor bottle on which M.R.P. was INR 2470, but the seller sold me the bottle at INR 2700. Even on bill also INR 2700 is mentioned. So later I contacted them regarding this and their reply was that "from this March the rate got increase but bottle is of old M.R.P. " But according to me no one have right to sold anything more than M.R.P. and they even gave me the bill also on which price was INR 230 more than M.R.P. So should I file a consumer court against them and for how much compensation should I demand and what is the procedure? Thanks

Complaint under Legla Metrology may also be an option.
