register the resolution

Is it necessary to register a certificate of trust in 14 persons and register a document to evict 3 persons or just a resolution? Are those 3 people coming back to trust?any problems from the 3 persons to the trust.p ls help me

The registration of Trust Deed is optional.  If you registered the Original Trust, any amendment in the Trust shall also be registered.
