Regarding transfer of ep case from subordinate court to high court

i had filed a EP original suit in vridhachalam subordinate court can i transfer the case to high court madras on medical grounds.it is a civil case.

The transfer from District Court to High Court is not possible.

What, If you are not well, the case has to be handled by an Advocate appointed by you.
