What is the notice period inserted in appointment letter?
Does the establishment have its service rules and regulations,HR policy,Conduct and Discipline Rules (a mention of it might have been made in appointment letter)?
Is the college registered as 'Instt. for profit' with Shops and Establishments Act of the state?
Is it recognized and affilliated with some Univ.?
Has some charge been leveled in termination order?
Was any stinker,memo, show cause notice issued by employer and inquiry conducted before issuing termination order?
Was the employee under probation period or confirmed?
Has the employee exhausted internal options to call back the order?
