Regarding minimum wages for nurses in private sector hospita

respected friends,

                                    i just wanted to clarify my doubts regarding the minimum wages paid to nurses in private sector hospitals, as i looked up in the minimum wages act of karnataka 2010,a B.sc nurses must be paid a basic of 2604.00 and vda of 1017.00 a total of 3621. i wanted  to clarify if this above mention no is the wages in Rs, or some point based number. how should i know wats the basic salary a nurse can expect according to govt labour norms.  aquick reply  would be mostly appreciated.....

https://labour.kar.nic.in/labour/cur%20mw%202011-12.pdf. Please check this link. The Basic and VDA is clearly mentioned in figures for Nurses. In addition to Basic and VDA HRA (at least 5% of basic + VDA)  should be paid.
