This is about a CMMI Level 5 IT Organisation who collected my Educational/Employment documents after cleearing all the rounds and then changed the status into their database as "Does not meet requirement" . This has happend to me for 4 times.
Iif my CV does not meet the requirement then it got short listed 3 times and interview scheduled and cleared 6 times.Why HRs get confirmed that the candidate won't be able to meet the requirement only after taking documents from the candidate.
This has become a regular practice in this organisation and every candidate reports the same. No response nothing after collecting the documents
Can we attempt for an action against that organisation showing to the point Candidate Harrassment?
