W.r.t. to redevelopment of a chawl in mumbai (area approx 450 sq mtrs). the landlord entered into a development agreement with a developer in 2010 and it seems he is in the process of getting necessary approvals but till date no real progress has happened and the developer is not responding. I seek your guidance on how to check the progress of the project and the remedies available to us.
