Rectification deed

My brother has transfered his property to his son by a registered gift deed. In the gift deed, he has added a portion of my property, which he sold to me years back through a registered sale deed. Can this be rectified through a rectification deed by making necessary modifications and deletion.

Who is to make the Rectification deed? Am I required to be a party to the deed (or) Is it enough that my brother and his son (parties to the gift deed) make the deed? Is the rectification deed to be registered?

the rectification deed should be between the doner and the donee that is your brother and his son. It will be better if you become one of the witnesses in the rectificaton deed.
