Rectification by first vendor after property changed hands

hello there

i bought a property in rangareddy district, telangana. the property changed hands six times, after it was first sold out. after many transactions, i found a clerical mistake in the first document and asked the person who sold me, to get it rectified.  he simply got it rectified by the first vendor in favour of the first buyer and simply saying other vendors are either dead or not available as the documents are old.

my doubt is whether the rectification is valid and can i submit in the banks for home loans etc.  please advise me.

thanks,

mahesh.

1. If the rectification was done through court proceedings or by having such rectification deed registered with the sub-registrar - then it should not matter much since the first vendor owner has made such rectification in the deed of document made out in favor of the first buyer.

2. For further private consultation get my contact details by clicking my name shown in the margin of this reply format.
