Rectificaiton on sale deed

Two months back i have purchased house and recently i find that i need to do the rectificaiotn.

In part of SCHEDULE PROPERTY it is showing in all previous sale deed as NORTH portion: remaining portion of plot no. 7.

but presently it should change it as Private Property.

because, constrution happedn in middle of plot no. 7 and plot no. 8.

Please adive me how much amount do i need to spend and what are all the formalities do i need.

At any time after the registration of a document you can executed DEED OF RECTIFICATION. Both the parties should execute the document.

I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A HOUSE AND AND GOT IT REGISTERED THROUGH THE BUILDER IN FARIDABAD WHEN GOT MY REGISTRY PAPER I FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS ERROR IN MY NAME (IT WAS SPELLED AS ABHISHEK MATHUR INSTEAD OF ABHISHEK MATHHUR) SURNAME WITH DOUBLE :HH HAD TO BE PUT IN STAMP DUTY RECEIPT AND IN THE SALES DEED AND APARTMENT DEED.

QUESTION IS HOW TO GET IT RECTIFIED IN

1) STAMP DUTY RECEIPT

2) SALES DEED

3) APARTMENT DEED..

4) HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ... AND ITS PROCESS
