Recovery of relocation allowance by the company

HI All, 

I joined a company in Feb 2015 and resigned May 2016. After joining I claimed in May 2015 for reliocation allowance and received the amount in Oct 2015. As per the policy of the company. 

"In case of a new Associate’s Resignation/Separation from Fujitsu Consulting, India within a
period of twelve (12) months, Company would deduct the entire relocation
expenses paid to the associate."

But at the time of last working day they mentioned that relocation allowance will be recovered as it was issued in the month of Oct 2015. And they have a policy to calculate the time from the date of amount paid. However that is not mentioned in the policy of relocatopn allowance. I'm in discussion with the company. However, I wanted to know in case if they do recover the relocation allowance from me. Can I file a complaint against the organization or not. What will be the procedure.
