unenforceabel contract

Advocate Orissa High Court Cuttack.

An unenforceable contract is one where the contract is perfectly valid in its substance but which cannot be enforced because of certain technical defects e.g., by want of stamp, by bar of limitation, etc. It is valid but incapable of proof.
