query about deed

Sir, we sold a property to some one and there is mistake on plot no, so they request for rectification deed but after rectification deed we saw that both the plots are recorded to buyers name, what should we do in this case?

Please explain clearly with names of the parties and dates and the nature of the mistake that crept into the document.

sir, we sold a plot to sisir ,plot no 4497 but in deed thare was mistake in printing, in place of 4497 there comes 4501 and we have land on 4501 also. the buyer appeal for rectification deed , sisir told us rectification deed take place in place of previous deed,in rectification deed there is specific line about as printing mistake take place in previous deed and the plot no is 4497 in place of 4501 should be. but after rectification deed signed and 2 months we saw that both the plots are recorded to sisir manna, now what should we do

Hello,

Visit the local revenue office and explain why the rectification deed was executed. And make necessary corrections in the revenue records. You may also have to make an appeal before the collector or for making the correction in records.

hello sir, greetings of the day, dir, we visit local revenue office and the listen and check the document and told to lodge a mistake case file in revenue office.......then they will take action and the record will be corrected but I want to know that in that case the buyer(sisir) can he re recorded the plot again or is it possible. how much it take time?? and is it better to go with mistake case file or go for land registration again. kindly answer please sir, and thanks for helping us.
