I agreed to buy one investor's flat in Mumbai. Rt now the registration between builder and Investor is not tken place, but now builder is in process for the same. Investor appproched buider to tranfer his allotted flat to me , but builder is refusing the same.
Pl note that investor is ready to give me in writting to transfer the flt after possession/. soceity formation. He is reliable guy. But I have to pay the demande by builder ( property is under construction and will take 3 yr to complete) I am getting property at very premium rate.
Can you Pl advise me how I can proceed with safeguarding my financial interests. What legal document I can make with builder which can be binding on him ?
